I was disappointed that it stopped at level 10 as it was not high enough to help get deep enough into the tissues to really work the areas like I needed. The system has settings for neck, shoulders, back, legs, and feet. Feet was a new one that I have not seen in the past. In the instruction manual,it shows you exactly where to place the pads for the proper The device has a timer on it so you are limited to 20 minutes before it times out. You do need help putting the pads on, connecting the wires, and taking off the pads so plan to have someone who can help if you are using this on your back or shoulder. I ordered the 31” corset, which is made of a spandex type material with hook and eye closure with flexible boning for support. The corset is great for stomach and back support. I did have a little trouble with it “walking” upward during the day as it does not have rubber webbing to help keep it in place on the top or bottom of the piece. I feel this piece would be great if instead of hook and eye closure, which was hard to close due to being unable to the see the hooks, it would be better to have a zipper closure which you could have up to three zippers on the corset and has you move down in sizes you could change to the different zippers. The material is breathable, so I did not get too hot wearing it in the heat of the summer which was nice. I love this corset and with a few minor changes it would be something I would wear daily instead on a special occasions. We love working on cars and as you know working on cars there are many tight spaces you have to try to shine a light around, and obviously, you need both hands-frees so that you can put in/take out bolts. So, this dilemma in the past left us with a flashlight in our mouths covered in oil, dirt, etc. Now, with this excellent headlight we are can focus the light to the exact location we need it to be, and we are hands-free to continue working on the project. The different brightness settings are fantastic as we are caught in the dark working so as it gets darker we can increase the intensity is needed. The band on the headpiece is very comfortable and does not slip off easy when you are sliding in and out from under a chassis and I love that it is washable. The red light setting we have already decided will be a code for I’m in trouble and need help asap. I would highly recommend this product to friends, and I will be ordering another in the future. The Poseidon Knife Sharpening stone does require you to soak the stone before using to allow water permeate the stone. After soaking the stone, you are now ready to begin sharpening your dull knives. If you knives have a thick blade you can use the blade guide which comes with the kit. If not the guide will actually be in your way. If your knife has never been sharpened in the past you will start with the larger grit and work your way to the finer grit. Make sure to go in smooth motions when dragging the blade across the stone. Do one side then flip the blade and do the other side. Make sure to do the same number for runs on each side. Clean the blade with a clean towel and check for sharpness. Once you reached your desired sharpness you are done. My heel still hurt like crazy after walking on it. My condition could be too severe as I have been dealing with this for quite a long time. I have even tried sleeping in these, hoping they would help with the pain first thing in the morning, they did help a little. The compression wrap is nice which is made of neoprene. I would not recommend wearing these for long periods of time. Grill Mats

Grill Mats The grill mats are great for cooking fruits & vegetables on grill, as they prevent items from falling through the grates and getting brunt. I did worry about the flames on the natural gas grill touching the mat but this did not seem to be an issue. The package comes with additional mats which are 1 additional grill mat, 1 mesh mat and 1 baking mat. I have provided a picture of the baking mat in use. In my oven (which is strange) I had to adjust the cooking time of the second batch of cookies on the baking mat as they seemed to cook faster. It was very nice using this mat as none of the cookies were sticking to the mat, which has always been an issue in the past. The instructions on the box said the mats are dishwasher safe. I did try this out. The thicker grill mat did just fine standing up in the dishwasher. The baking mat, which is thinner, I placed on the top rack and it folder over on itself, so in the future I will hand wash it.
